Onboarding — Changing Platforms
Moving to CoachSynQ from another booking platform? Here's the short version of what to expect, and where to ask for help.
1. Create your account
Sign up as a coach or facility from the homepage. Coach onboarding walks you through your profile, locations, payments, and availability so parents can start booking.
2. Connect Stripe
CoachSynQ uses Stripe Connect for card payments and payouts. We'll guide you through Stripe's quick verification flow during onboarding. See Stripe Use for details about fees, payouts, and refunds.
3. Import your schedule
Recreate your availability and recurring blocks in the calendar. If you have a large schedule on another platform, reach out — we can usually help with a bulk import.
4. Invite your existing clients
Share your CoachSynQ coach profile link with your current parents so they can join and book. Existing past bookings don't need to be migrated; only future sessions need to live in CoachSynQ.
5. Go live
Once your profile is published and Stripe is verified, you'll appear in Find Coaches search results and your private booking link will accept new sessions.
