QuickStart Guide

A 10-minute walkthrough to go from sign-up to your first booking.

For coaches

  1. Sign up and verify your email.
  2. Build your profile — bio, sports, photo, business name.
  3. Connect Stripe for card payments and payouts.
  4. Add a location where you train (or mark it virtual).
  5. Set your refund & liability policies.
  6. Publish availability in the calendar so parents can book.

For organizations

  1. Create your organization from the facility sign-up page.
  2. Invite coaches from the Coaches tab.
  3. Add locations and discount codes as needed.
  4. Connect Stripe for org-routed payouts.
  5. Embed the booking widget on your website (optional).

For parents

  1. Use Find Coaches on the homepage to search by sport, location, and dates.
  2. Add players to your account.
  3. Book a session or join a camp from a coach's page.
  4. Pay by card at checkout if required by the coach.
