Platform Rules & Guidelines
Simple ground rules that keep CoachSynQ safe, fair, and useful for coaches, organizations, and parents.
Be honest in your profile
Coach and organization profiles must accurately describe who you are, what you teach, and the sessions you offer. Don't misrepresent certifications, location, or pricing.
No off-platform bookings or payments
Bookings discovered through CoachSynQ should be booked and paid through CoachSynQ. Asking parents to book or pay outside the platform (cash app, Zelle, personal Stripe links, etc.) is not permitted.
Respect minors and families
Many CoachSynQ users are minors. Communication with parents and players must be appropriate and professional. Any reports of abuse, harassment, or unsafe behavior will be taken seriously and may result in account termination and reporting to authorities.
Honor your bookings and refund policy
Show up on time. If you need to cancel or reschedule, do it through the app so the parent is notified and any refund follows your published policy. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may lead to account review.
Keep messaging on-topic
The in-app chat is for coordinating sessions, payments, and program logistics — not marketing, spam, or solicitation for unrelated services.
Follow Stripe's rules
Payments and payouts run on Stripe Connect. Your Stripe account must remain in good standing and follow Stripe's restricted business policies. See Stripe Use for our specific notes.
Enforcement
Accounts that violate these guidelines may be warned, paused, or terminated. We retain the right to remove content and refuse service. See Terms for the full legal framework.
